You and Your Team

It's important that you get a good team together before you start working on your game. You can do all the work by yourself, but for larger games this gets incredibly tedious as you will have to do all the spriting, level designing, coding, and so forth. Working alone will only work for smaller projects, so getting a team is a good idea. First of all, you need to plan what you want to do, and what you want to leave to other people. Once you've figured that out, you need to find a team. You can either get them off a forum through advertising, or ask people you know have the experience for the job. Make sure, however, that you yourself will also be contributing to the project. It isn't fair to other people to simply give orders and do minor things. It is, after all, a team of people who want to create something. You should also ask some of the following questions before making a team or starting a group project:

1. Will I be able to finish this project?

2. Will other people enjoy working with me on this project?

3. How many people do I need for this project?

These are just some basic tips to help you and your team make an excellent game.
